I have a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. I love being able to help students feel comfortable with the material they are studying. I have tutored numerous times throughout college, and would like to get back into tutoring students because I find it to be rewarding. As a student who went from living in Germany and being taught that there are many ways of getting the right answer, to moving to America where everything is taught in one way, I have learned to incorporate my tutoring skills to the need of each individual student. Coming from a poor background I was very much determined to change my family economic situation. I work hard and smart to make this happen and in the process I have acquired training and learning skills that will empower students from every background. In 1998 I founded a non-profit organization GHAPE and I have been providing varied trainings to the needy to explore their potentials.
