I was not the sharpest tool on the shed. However, what I have noticed is that there is always a mechanic that can sharpen the tool. And my teachers through out my school years have made me a better student. A good teacher will either inspire you and make students great or de-motivate students and be unsuccessful in their field. Patience. I would have to say, I would have to learn the needs of the student, what they already know and don't know, and use what they know to help them understand what they don't know. I would be fairly straightforward I guess.
