My comments on tutoring GED : I have a certificate to teach GED and have taught teachers how to teach the skills. Over 100 students have taken this program with me and have successfully met his/her goal of achieving a GED certificate.

I believe in humor, fun, clear organization, and associated evaluation. I believe in preparing the student for life-long learning because learning is a pleasure, not a chore.

Over the past 12 years, I have worked in both the private and public sectors of the education community. I have taught grades 7-12 in all areas of science. I have also been the director of a learning center, where I started as a tutor. The years of experience have taught me a great deal about children of all ages and abilities.
