I have an Associates in Applied Science degree from Lake Land College in Network Administration. I have worked in many supervisory positions as well. Most recently as the Automated Guided Vehicle Systems Coordinator at Caterpillar Inc. in Decatur Illinois. I have written many reports and essays over the last eighteen years. My greatest joy as a tutor and professor is to witness the "Ah-ha" moment when the light bulb comes on and the student puts the pieces together and comes to understand the topic, and, perhaps more importantly, understands the significance or ramifications of the topic in relation to other topics or disciplines. As the “Ah-ha” moments add up a student’s confidence grows. Ultimately, this confidence in learning is what I am trying to achieve.
