I have been fortunate to teach students at both ends of the learning spectrum. Four years ago, I decided to teach the remedial algebra courses at our high school. In doing so, I have built my repertoire of strategies to teach algebra concepts. I feel that my passion for the study of geometry combined with 21 years of teaching high school geometry, have made me a successful geometry teacher. In teaching a challenging subject like geometry to young students, I focus on vocabulary techniques and drawing diagrams that will make geometry as visual as possible.

I have also taught English for two years at a private Junior/Senior girls' high school in Kyoto, Japan; mentored the English Speaking Society for the high school students; and, more recently, trained three content editors at Intel, as well as developed training classes for HP.
