Patient, positive, effective, and experienced tutor

My name is Cristina, and I love to tutor:) I have tutored and/or taught almost every age group. I was a writing tutor for three years in college and also held a graduate assistantship in which I proofread documents to be submitted for publication. I have also helped elementary-age students with their homework at an after-school program at a local elementary school. Currently I work with young children at The Goddard School and love it. A Little Bit About Me...

With my personality, I love being around children and helping them with any problems whether it be in school or general problems they are going through. Normally, this takes investing time into not only the child, but the family, to see what the kids like and why. When looking back to when I was in school, although I had a natural talent for math I feel that the classes that I did the best in were the ones that the teachers would build a relationship with me.
