Hebrew is one of my top subjects! I went to a private Jewish Day school all throughout Elementary school. Then in tenth grade I studied at a public Israeli high school for an entire year learning Hebrew more fluently through the classroom experience as well as on a social level with every day Israelis. After high school I spent two years and three months living in Israel, two of which were spent in the Israeli Army as a social worker. I can read, write, speak and understand Hebrew fluently.

I have been learning and gaining my knowledge of Hebrew all throughout my life. My passion of the language and Israeli and Jewish culture started in Elementary school where I learned Hebrew every year. From there I went to an Israeli high school in tenth grade for a year to better immerse myself into the language and culture. After I graduated high school I went straight into the Israeli Army for two years where I served as a social worker in the logistics department. After having moved back to Colorado, I am looking for ways to become involved in the Jewish community and/or continue to spread my passion for the Hebrew language by teaching. I am currently teaching Hebrew to fourth, fifth and sixth graders at the Synagogue in my community.

As an honor roll student, I upheld the highest standards throughout my educational experience. I took advantage of workshops and conferences, which were availed through the college, as well as those through my employers. My emphasis was literacy and my grammatical skills are stellar. Several college professors have encouraged me to incorporate my writing skills in my professional life.
