A Little Bit About Me...

I am a kinetic and auditory learner, therefore that would be the way I would teach my students.
I passed the ASVAB and served in the Marine Corp from October 2004 to October 2008. I was a motor transport operator. I served two tours in Iraq. I am a leader and believe that I will be a great asset to helping others in their desire to join the military. My extensive training in the Marine Corp gives me knowledge and experience to help others achieve success while learning the necessary skills to become a more knowledgeable person.

I received my Certificate in Management, Associate of Arts degree, and Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Maryland College Park, Maryland while traveling and serving on active duty for my country. Through several college degrees, I have taken extra courses in English; I have enjoyed learning the correct way of writing, proper grammar usage, and how sentences are successfully crafted. The area of "words" fascinate me, and I have continued improving my knowledge of the English language over the years. When I was earning my Juris Doctorate, I received the grade of "A" on many papers along with winning the coveted "Highest Grade Award" in my Legal Research and Writing class. Besides assisting numerous colleagues in the past, whether at work or in school, I tutored in a literacy program many years ago.
