I taught Special Education in New York for 1st to 6th grade, all subject areas… I have taught Middle School here in Las Vegas for 8 years, in the time teaching middle school I taught Math, and English. I also taught Elementary School here in Las Vegas for 4 years during that time I taught all subjects. There are many styles to teaching, once I know the student I will teach them the best way for them to learn.

I have been working with students in a reading program at a Title I school for 2 years; working with second language students teaching them the English language. I have taught Math and Science for 4th and 5 grade using the Foss system. The Science program was a hands on experiments, writing and keeping a science notebook. Evaluations were given at the end of each lesson segment involving the Foss Systems. Taught 3rd grade all subject for 5 years teaching all subjects. I have been recognized for classroom management above expectations for the school. Students were taught with creativity and experience using hands on manipulatives and differenciated lessons. I am presently teaching 2nd grade, all subjects and also using the Foss Systems for science, Investigations for math in which many manipulitves are used to promote a higher level of thinking.
