My teaching style is according to the student. If the student is a visual learner I will prepare a power point for them to view which would detail a step by step process of the lesson scheduled to learn. Very patient and understanding tutoring.

Turning your weakness into your strength

I help guide the student along, having them discover much of the information in a trial and error fashion. I tend to use the questions they are struggling with the most, making similar examples, then walking them through these problems and breaking down the problems until the student understands the how the process works.
I have been tutoring for over seven years, starting with my peers in tenth grade. I have tutored a wide range of subjects, from Geometry through Calculus III, from general computer knowledge through utilizing the advanced functions of Microsoft Access. I also taught AP Computer Science for 2 years at an elite private school.
