I am a demonstrative teacher and leader. I believe in the theory of "model, action, and talk" style of presentation of concepts. My creative background lends itself well to keeping a student's initiative and inspiration to a high level so that they are actually motivated to perform at their best. My personality traits are that I am disciplined and a believer in seeking the truth. Unfortunately, I found that true mastery is best produced through hands-on, individual teaching that emphasized comprehension of the material. Oftentimes, I found myself clarifying information that a fellow student had failed to grasp in the lectures.
