Creative Writing is one of my top subjects! As an English teacher for students with a wide range of competencies and learning profiles, I used creative writing as a tool to motivate students to "think outside the box," and use photographs, paintings, every day objects, random words in a book, and free writes to jumpstart their thinking and create stories and poetry utilizing their higher level and critical thinking skills.

I graduated with honors from a formal university, where I tutored fellow classmates; however, I gained most of my tutoring and teaching experience overseas, in a universal classroom. I am a doer who has shared his knowledge and experience in a variety of ways. When I worked as a photographer and filmmaker, I taught those subjects at many different institutions, from an after-school program for elementary school kids to NYU Graduate School.
