My comments on tutoring Spanish : I am very fluent in Spanish.

I have worked as a private tutor, helping the student with homework of any subject. I have also work at an interrupter at Caruthers Elementary School, assassinating parents that can not speak english. Helped students from Caruthers High School with homework. I work at the level of the student and I like setting goals with my students to create motivation. I am good with different teaching methods, whatever works best for the the student to learn.

My comments on tutoring Spanish : Took 6 years of Spanish from grades 7-12

My teaching 'style' is a bit unique, in my opinion. By that, I mean that every child/student 'learns' differently, so I must 'adapt' my style 'on the fly' after determining what is the most effective approach/style/method for that individual student. In addition, the subject that I am teaching also affects my style and some 'tools' that I learned as a youngster and a teacher are also implemented frequently.
I was trained to be a teacher at CSU-Fresno, where I graduated in May, 1999. I substituted for 3 consecutive years in Fresno, Clovis, and Madera Unified School districts at grade levels 3-12. I received my Master's Degree in Sports Administration from the American Public University system in May, 2011, and graduated with Honors and a 4.0 GPA. I am currently trying to obtain my credential and hope to be an Athletic Director one day.

I graduated fro Fresno state with my BA in May, 2011. I have completed 2 phases of the multi subject credential program and need one more to obtain my teaching credential. I have been volunteering in many elementary school classrooms for the past 4 years. I currently work in a daycare as the pre-k teacher.
