My experience consists of tutoring from 1 - 60 students (in the same hour), teaching at Greenville Technical College, and creating my own tutoring service. I'm 24 and mother of a 1 year old (he may be with me while tutoring). I'm laid back and believe there is a natural process that must take place for us to learn and absorb new material.
