My comments on tutoring ADD/ADHD : My current career is in Applied Behavioral Analysis and my job is to work with children who are not neurotypical for whatever the reason.

Depends on how the client learns. I spend the first few days probing based on the Applied Behavioral Analysis standard before targeting specific patterns to teach.

I first find out your true objective for learning the material. Is it a requirement and not in your field of study so you just want to pass the class or is this a part of your passion or career and really want to know the nuts and bolts of the subject. I will adjust accordingly and make out a plan. I will also figure out the best way to teach you the material and from there we will have a plan to accomplish the targeted goal.
I have a lot of experience not only in fields that you may need help learning, but I also spent time during college tutoring classmates as I was in the class and developed a style to help students learn quickly and also reinforce the concepts.
