Ultimately, responsbile for entire store and entire staff. Worked for Linens-n-Things in Gainesville as a Merchandise Manager. Performed many different tasks however main duties were to train new employees, hard lines, and backroom. Save-a-Lot Grocery gave me the opportunity as Store Manager to improve sales, cleanliness, and morale. I acheived all these results in a short time because of positive motivational techniques.
