I try to me more personable than most instructors. Many students simply need another approach to a subject to understand the material. I actively find that perfect approach for an individual student. The ability to demonstrate interpersonal skills and team leadership: I meet this qualification in such that it was demonstrated while working with the Los Angeles County Probationary Department as well as working with the youth in my church. I would counsel approximately two students per week and meet with about twenty to thirty on a Thursday evening on a volunteer basis for the Los Angeles County Probation Department.
