My comments on tutoring Writing Skills : I have student teaching experience in the elementary school setting and was an middle school English teacher in South Korea for two years.
I studied Elementary Education during my undergraduate. During this time, I was a student teacher on several different occasions. I assisted the home room teacher and independently planned and taught lessons to the students. I have worked with grades 1 to 5 as a student teacher. I enjoyed teaching and was a very passionate teacher, but I realized that work as a social worker would allow me to help my students on a more personal level. During my work as a social worker, I worked with clients in the school and home setting. I educated teachers and school staff regarding my client's mental illnesses, and I developed classroom strategies to help my clients thrive in the classroom.
