A Little Bit About Me...

Each child learns in different ways, and as a Tudor/teacher it is my responsibility to discover the method of teaching that matches a child’s way of learning. I am patient, understanding and provide a constructive approach to learning. All children have the potential of learning; some simply require a different method and approach to grasp the information and it is my duty to provide such approach.
I'm currently attending American Military University, with less than a year to graduate with a bachelor degree in Public Health, which allows me to have a better understanding in health science related subjects. I have learned extensive grammatical skills due to writing research papers. In addition I have experience in teaching, coaching and mentoring soldiers in the United States Army as a squad leader.

Ten years helping adults pass the GED in Jefferson CIty, Missouri, Also taught American history there for two summers. Some substitute teaching over a dozen years. Four years nine months experirnce teaching felons to pass the GED in a level five correctional facility, part time, after working an eight hour shift in a chemical lad. Have vo;unteered in alternative schol in Brevard county.
Socratic method involvig the students in the lecture and learning process. Adult education is done mostly one on one. Even at the prison I moved about the room working with students and keeping them on task.
