I obtained teaching certification for 9-12 English in 2010 and completed my student teaching at ACE Learning Center, an alternative school within St. Louis Public Schools; I also taught at this center during the summer. I have subsitute taught within the Pattonville School District. I currently tutor in the Adult Education and Literacy program at St. Louis Community College at Meramec. I am eager to get started and help students discover their strengths and intellectual capability.

A Little Bit About Me...

I am a fourth grade teacher and previously a second grade teacher of ten years. I have two young children. Before I became a teacher I also went to school and got a bachelors degree in Nutrition. In addition to teaching I have also tutored students at my school for years. I recently received my Masters online and I am very interested and excited to begin working as a tutor again. It is a very rewarding position and so much more relaxing for the students. I am enthusiastic and love children. I have a very caring and flexible personality but one that loves a challenge.
