As a graduate students at the University of Utah at the Economics department, and also as a Civil Engineer I have been exposed to many professional presentations to explain technical projects, as well as theoretical topics especially at graduate level where different economics perspectives have to be explained. Finally as a Civil Engineer I have had the chance to develop my math skills with courses such as: Calculus I, II, III and Differential Equations, and Statistics. I think that I can teach what I really know, and Mathematics are the topic that I know the best, so with that in mind I am able to share my knowledge to anybody, since I am confident with the topics I understand, adding to this the fact that I like to teach something that I have done since I was in elementary school with my close friends and after to teach to adults in school for adults.

Ever since I was introduced to American Sign Language (ASL), I have been deeply fascinated in the language and its speakers. A year after my initial experience with ASL, I decided to create my own Bachelor's Degree at the University of Utah. I was able to design curriculum pertaining to my desired field of interest. The classes I took were mostly education related. I had several classes in education psychology, multi-cultural education, diversity and culture. My major emphasis was on language and more specifically, deaf culture. Last Spring I tutored a family in their home in Park City. Their daughter was a participant in the SLC Deaflympics this past winter and they wanted to learn how to sign. It was a wonderful experience.
