I have a BS in Child development with a minor in phsychology and I was teaching for Head Start back before I finished my degree. I have since finished and I am looking to expand my range. I love math and it just comes easy for me. I have a background in Engineering and Calculas.
I first make learning fun and exciting. As in past experience each child learns diffently and I need to be able to adapt to this. I first see what the level of the child is then work on the next step and help make sure the new level is learned as well as the old level is still maintained.

A Little Bit About Me...

My approach depends on what level of students you are dealing with; and I am good at it. I always have some tactics on how boring subjects catch the student's interest. Teaching your kid doesn't need a genius one but first it does need somebody who has the heart to make them feel that they are special and making them feel that we, parents have confidence with our kids. We only need and want the best for our kids. A Tutor like me has some fun style for them to absorb lessons step by step.

I understand that all children can learn, but they also learn at different paces, in different ways, and at different times of the day. As I learn through audio, visual, and tactile, I can teach to those strengths as well. I am patient and easy going as long as the student tries to understand what is being taught to them. I like to see the people I work with succeed and enjoy teaching.

I earned by BA in Psychology in 2010, and I consider myself a very well-rounded student. My main interest lies in Mathematics and Statistics, having completed undergraduate and graduate courses in both subjects. Along with my interest in Math and Statistics is a strong grounding in English and grammar. Along with my Bachelor’s, I received a minor in English and Sociology, both of which required hours of writing-intensive coursework.
