A Little Bit About Me...

I am a graduate of Penn State and hold have a BS degree in Biology. I was an accelerated student (Graduated in 3 and a half years) and am planning on attending medical school next year. My degree has given me comprehensive insight into mathematics and science. Additionally, I held an independent research position at Penn State and am in the process of being published as a co-author in The Journal of Nutrition.

A Little Bit About Me...

While I was an undergraduate, volunteering was very important to me. One of the places I volunteered was an after school program for children who live in Hamilton Hill. While I volunteered there I helped many of them with there homework as well as extra reading and writing to help improve those skills. I found that my psychology major as well as my education and english minors were very useful and helpful to help tutor in all subjects.
I love working with children. I was involved in girl scouts from first grade all the way to 12th grade and in those years I learned a lot of leadership skills. I am very patient and want to provide education to anyone that needs it. When I was in school I often struggled with school work, so I learned many different techniques to learn how to learn.
