I have worked for Louisiana College and Technical System completing student work as Student Ambassador, assisting the assistant Dean of Students. 2013-2014 During 2013-2014 I completed my associates degree at Baton Rouge Community College. As for customer service I Work currently as an Event Specialist with Advantage Sales and Marketing start June 2012 to current. I was also associated with AnswerQuick Telecommunications 2009-2010 as an operator. Hired by Mr. Steve. As a self motivated person worked other jobs through staffing services.

My comments on tutoring Geography : I'm good with maps, as well as locating countries and cities on the globe. I'd mostly provide ways that would help students remember where certain places are located and how to read an actual map.

I'm very laid back, but I know how to get results. I have always been a very disciplined student, but I realized pretty early in my academic career that unless I make the subject interesting for me, I'll never grasp the material. I make it a point to get to know every student so that I can personalize their learning style. The only way they'll learn and understand something is if they WANT to do so. I offer a different approach to things that students may not get in the classroom, to hopefully expand their interest in a subject they never thought they'd like.
I recently obtained my Bachelor's Degree from the University of Southern Mississippi, where I graduated in the top of my class with a 4.0. I am a very "energetic' and thought provoking teacher!!!!

I am a facilitator of many styles of teaching, I use visual aids, kinesthetics, tactile, musical, etc. when teaching.
Thirty-three hours toward a Master's Degree in Urban Education, Four-year degree in General Studies with the majority of classes in Math and Education. Language and Social Studies Tutor Now Accepting Students

I believe that anyone can learn. I approach history as a story (albeit a very detailed one) and languages as a skill set. I don't do rote memorization, but instead emphasize the patterns, causes, and effects of concepts. If you can begin to understand the why and the patterns behind concepts, the material becomes more meaningful and a lot of the need for rote memorization is removed. Mistakes are learning opportunities, and learning should be meaningful, not stressful. I take whatever approach necessary to give you the tools you need to succeed.

I have spent the last seven years as lecturer in Music Theory at Southeastern Louisisana University. I have tutored in Music Theory while at this post at back through undergraduate school. I have taught private lessons in piano by both Suzuki and Traditional methods for over 20 years.
