My comments on tutoring Algebra : I use real world examples of how specific concepts function and use environmental objects when needed as manipulatives.

Thirty-three hours toward a Master's Degree in Urban Education, Four-year degree in General Studies with the majority of classes in Math and Education. I use computers to help students with reading comprehension and to visually represent concepts to raise achievement levels. Additionally, I will be fully-certified by May of 2013.
I am a facilitator of many styles of teaching, I use visual aids, kinesthetics, tactile, musical, etc. when teaching.
