Led, taught, and oversaw the men's Modern Hebrew Language Apartment at BYU where students were required to only speak in Modern Hebrew in order to develop greater language fluency.
I have been studying Hebrew for almost 3 years, but my abilities are located between 5th and 6th year proficiency and fluency. I am trained and skilled in both Modern and Biblical Hebrew. I was selected to teach an intensive 3 1/2 week university Biblical Hebrew course for 4 hours a day this past summer. I have tutored a number of Modern Hebrew students over the past year so that they might improve in their speaking and writing abilities. I was chosen to be the leader of the men's Modern Hebrew Language Apartment at BYU where students were required to only speak in Modern Hebrew in order to develop greater language fluency. While there I cultivated and maintained Hebrew as the only language to be used in the apartment.
