As an assistant teacher, I earned my AA in Elementary Education/ Early Childhood. I continued my education on and received my BA in Social Science in 2009 from Ashford University. I have learned how to teach a student through my experience in working with students. I enjoy working with children. I know all children can learn in one way. I was team leader in AmeriCorps. Determining the learning styles of individual students is important to me. I adjust and accomodate my approach based on how students respond and learn.
