I received my Bachelor’s in Mathematics at the State University of New York at Old Westbury. I have worked as a Graduate Assistant at the college level at Illinois State University during my graduate studies. I tutored students in Pre-Algebra and College Algebra. Then, I establish a baseline of what they have learned so that I can direct my attention to their strengths and weaknesses. Finally, I get into the material with the student and show them how and why the material is important and applicable in the world in which we live.
