Math and Science Tutoring

In terms of online tutoring. I make use of a headset microphone and a touch tablet. As well as many free online applications, such as a whiteboard, Skype, and educational resources. During session I prefer to use the course work and text assigned to the student. Doing so allows for the structure of our sessions to easily mesh with those of the course.
While obtaining my B.S. I tutored through a community development after school program for a year; in which I helped 4th-8th graders with their math and reading homework. I have always been driven to attain academic excellence. I have two degrees: an AS with high honors and a BS in Biochemistry Magna Cum Laude. A Little Bit About Me...

I love watching and learning from children. I believe that learning is closely related to confidence. I like to take the time to get to know children and understand what they like so that I can better understand how their brain works and how they process information.
