I'm somewhat new to tutoring, but am currently helping 2 high school seniors prepare for the ACT and apply to college. I often help my younger relatives with their homework as well. In school my favorite subjects were English, Literature/Reading, Art, Spanish, & Creative Writing, but I am also good at assisting students with Math, Science, & History, if at the high school level or below.

I love teaching my two young children. I believe I can teach other children. I am a hard worker with a never give up attitude. I believe I can get the desired results for all kids. I can motivate and tell them some of my great experiences. I would to teach math because I have been applying math my entire life. I have a four year degree in mechanical engineering technology. No two students learn best in only one way. So too, I believe in a multitude of teaching/tutoring styles which employ a variety of approaches such as kinesthetic, didactic, verbal, reinforcing, repetition and modeling approaches. Within the first and second sessions I ask the student how they best like to learn and what ways make the most sense to them.
