I received a Bachelor of Science in Education with an emphasis in Secondary Mathematics (grades 9-12) from Missouri State University. Having always enjoyed math, I was able to pick it up easily. During the last 5 years, I have helped my peers who are struggling in their math classes understand the math concepts while having fun doing it. I always try and determine what works best for the student in order for them to learn the subject material like illustrations, reading the textbook, or using a computer-based program. I also like to use example problems to reinstate the concept ideas of the materials.
