Writing Skills is one of my top subjects! I regularly produce and edit technical documents, but also have written hundreds of paid creative and instructional pieces.

I received my B.S. degree in Biology, and am knowledgeable about many sub-disciplines, including life sciences (plants/animals), genetics, evolution, and anatomy. I am generally able to explain difficult biological concepts in a more conversational way. I was in a program called "Study Buddies" all four years at high school. I would devote a couple afternoons a week tutoring middle school students (and eventually high school students). During this time I would help them study for tests, complete assigned work, or help clarify any material that the student didn't understand. Also, I helped these students develop their writing and grammar skills. Starting my junior and senior year of high school, I began "one on one" tutoring with selected individuals. Study buddies was a program where several students would show up and the helpers would assist accordingly, but when I began tutoring I specifically met with them at assigned times.
