Multiple-subject Tutor: experienced & easy to get along with

I have professionally tutored Math and English as an employee of Ohio University, in a private junior-high and high-school academy, and on an individual basis. I taught a semester of Elementary French at Ohio University in Athens. I am always willing to tutor any subject, but my greatest academic strength lie in language learning. English has long been my strongest subject, and I am fluent in French as well (please see the comments in my subject listing). As a music graduate of Morehead State University, I was very much driven to achieve a level of excellence in education. I earned my BS is Music Education and have completed additional coursework required for re-certification. I have substiute taught many classes and did a long term position teaching 6th grade science. While teaching music for three years, I also worked as a tutor for Sylvan, where I gained tutoring skills. I also privately tutored in my home in the subject of math.

A Little Bit About Me...

When I was in my first year of college, I took a personality profile that was intended to tell me what career choices would suit me the best. Each time I took the profile, the results stated that I was best suited to be a Teacher. The secondary career choice was business. I entered college so that I could be a financial professional, and was rather surprised by the results of the profile that I thought would say "financial" as my career choice.
