I am really good with kids. What I excel at is relating info. I can tell when someone is struggling, and usually know how to rectify the situation. I really enjoyed when I was able to tutor in elementary. The kids that I worked with had real problems in Math. Throughout college I had extensive experience working with classmates while we solved math equations and physics problems together. I did volunteer work teaching English to children in Mexico as well as teaching English to college age students in Mexico. I like to first get an idea of what the student knows about the problem.. I find that the more time I spend listening to what they know it naturally turns into what pieces I need to add-in.
