I try to devote the day to getting kids interested in learning while covering the topics necessary. I cater to each child's needs and abilities and try to use their strength's to help their weaknesses. For example when teaching foreign language, if a child is not as strong in language as they are in math, I try to use formulas to portray language in a more concrete manner. During my undergraduate studies at Stony Brook University in Stony Brook, NY, where I majored in chemistry (chemical physics track), I had the opportunity to tutor in the Math Learning Center (MLC). As a tutor in the MLC, I was able to tutor students in algebra, precalculus, and calculus.
