The Microsoft products I have used include from Microsoft Word 2003 to 2010, Excel 2003 to 2010, Publisher 2003 to 2010, Power Point 2003 to 2010.
Notes and Hands on teaching. I believe if the student actually performs the task and takes notes, they will remember how to do it. This can be done on an individual basis or in a group setting.
