My comments on tutoring Special Education : I have had 4 years experience working with younger adults experiences.

My goals for each session is to keep the students challenged, but not over whelmed. I assist the students with a step by step spelling,and vocabulary lessons, this would help the students work hard on pronouncing difficult words and comprehend what they have read. I assign reading homework after every lessons to check their progress of their reading.

The instructor must become one with the student and understand them on their level. Once you can see eye to eye with your students, then you can begin to help them learn and grow.
