I also studied Spanish, with which I can still carry a basic conversation. I also taught English to Spanish-speaking immigrants through the Worcester County Board of Education for about 6 months.
I love to see a person understand something they have been trying so hard to understand. I know that all people are going to learn differently and that I have to determine how a particular person learns. A Little Bit About Me...

As a graduate I have done tutoring to enhance my credibility to teach possibly in the future with my major in criminal justice. I'm currently enrolled for my Masters in criminal justice and criminology, and I plan to futher my education to teach within that field. During the last past 3 summers I have tutored young children as well as been a mentor to their studies. I enjoy working in this field of study, and plan to continue to do so.
As stated above I enjoy working with children of all ages, I have made a difference in their lives as well as them making a difference in my life. I took a few classes on teaching at a small community college while I was still in high school. I still am considering becoming a teacher after going back to school to complete my major in accounting. I've always been a stronger believer in one-on-one teaching working more proficiently then being taught in a classroom. I am very patient and hard-working. I had an internship at an under-priviledged daycare for local children in Maryland and it was one of the most rewarding things I have ever accomplished.
