Teaching children is a passion of mine. All children are different, therefore they learn in many ways. I believe it is essential to include various activities in the classroom that allow students to gain knowledge and information they need. I believe that integrating technology, music, dance, and physical activities help students learn. While at A&T, I earned a degree in African American studies, in which I learned extensive grammatical skills due to writing graduate level research papers. Basic education requirements enabled me to gain and understanding in many different subjects such as math and science. During my undergraduate career, I have tutored students in English and mathematics.
