I believe in a multi facet teaching style. Children learn by many different ways. Some children learn by audio, visual, or kinetic. So, I would teach in a style that suited by the student's needs. I love teaching and working with children. I understand differen conditions such as Autism and Attention Deficit Disorder. I really enjoy working with special needs students because they are great and I thrive helping these special students. I worked at Majesty Christian Academy for two years. As an educator, I believe that I must be willing to step outside the norm to meet the diverse needs of students, in order to effectively reach them. This implies that I try a variety of approaches. Good teaching involves starting at the child’s level. Teaching that is too confusing, or not challenging enough, will only be a disservice. Simply getting to know the students prior to teaching is a start.
