My name is Briana and my college major is Elementary Education with endorsements in ESOL and Reading. At the University of West Florida I have maintained a 3.6 GPA and have been on the Dean’s List and the President’s List. This is an important achievement. However, I do not take this to be my greatest asset. It is my belief that my love for children and desire to see them learn, even as I increase my knowledge, is of greater value. As an elementary school teaching I have an expertise in all subjects taught between Kindergarten and sixth grade. I have experience teaching Kindergarten, First, Second and Fourth grade. For the past two years I have gone through extensive in-service work with my school district on reading instruction. I have experience teaching ESE and ESOL students, along with regular education students. I believe that every child has the ability to learn, but each child has a different way in which they have able to learn.
