What tools I use in the classroom really depends on the student's learning style and course material. Some individuals learn by performing tasks, while others learn by reading or hearing the material to be learned. I use a variety of methods depending on the course such as: PowerPoint, Internet, Lectures, Whiteboard, Student Presentations, and individuals within the community to discuss their current views on health care and their roles in Medical Billing/Coding.

As a Walden University and La Roche College graduate, I was motivated to achieve a high level of excellence in health sciences. I have earned a BS and a master’s degree in Public Health, which enabled me to gain an understanding in the areas of health and sciences. In addition, I have a nursing degree from Africa (French speaking) as well as over 100 credits hours in nursing from Carlow University.
