I would say that it is a little more toward laid back. Being over 6" tall, stocky, pushing hard, being an ogre, hard-nosed, that isn't going to work for me. People have a tendency to be a bit intimidated and fearful because of my size. My second career choice was education, but I went with accounting instead. I have always found good luck with explaining how to do something by using examples.
