 Italian is one of my top subjects!I learned Italian by immersing myself in the language; I lived in Italy for four years total. For my first year in Italy I lived with a host family, I ended up loving it so much that I decided to go to college in Italy and it is there where I got my bachelors degree in languages. I have excellent pronunciation and am fluent and would be a wonderful teacher since I know what it takes to learn Italian starting from zero!
Ever since 2005 I have been focused on learning new languages and traveling. It all began in 2005 when I left as a Rotary Exchange Student to live with a host family in Italy. I did not speak a word of Italian but by the time I came home a year later I was fluent. Then I decided to get my Bachelors degree in Italy in Language Mediation and Cultures, I majored in Spanish and Russian, and all of my classes and coursework was in Italian. For my fourth year of college in Italy I won a scholarship to study in Spain for a year and this is when I mastered Spanish. While in Europe for college I was a private English tutor for four years.
