Pre-Calculus is one of my top subjects!

I have worked as a teacher aide at Temple Shalom Emeth Hebrew School. There I performed small tasks around the classroom, and assisted students in learning Hebrew and more about their Jewish heritage. I also have an ongoing job as a tutor at Salem State University's math lab. During school semesters, I help students with their homework, study for tests, and understand material better. I am also working towards a major in mathematics and a double minor in education and psychology.
I always do my best to be kind and understanding to every student I have. I know that everyone has different learning speeds and different proficiencies, so I always try to be accommodating of that. Experienced high school and middle school math tutor

When tutoring, I try to meet the students needs by utilizing methods of teaching which take into consideration the student's learning style. I explain concepts using visual representations as well as numerical/algebraic models. I am a very patient teacher who will find various ways of explaining math concepts, until I find one that works for the student.
