My teaching style is direct, engaging, challenging, and encouraging. My approach to instructing and enabling each individual is different. It develops as I continue to learn about the individual's own learning style and how the individual responds to different teaching styles. I believe that a child learns best when she makes the discovery, realization, or solves the problem herself. I therefore strive to enable the learner through the deduced means that the particular circumstance dictates. I strive to help the learner succeed and thereafter congratulate & continue to challenge.

I am a fun, enthusiastic, caring, supportive, yet, particular teacher. My students learn whether they want to or not... I include a lot of games and activities which are fun for everyone, including myself! I have to have fun, because if I'm not, I know my students aren't having any fun. I care very much for people, therefore, wanting what is best for my students and for them to see the importance of learning another language. I share a lot of my own personal experience, sparking interest in the students and creating a connection with them!
I have been teaching Spanish for 5 years and taught ESL for two years when I lived in Spain. I went to Spain to improve my Spanish and I recommend my students to study abroad!
