I have been painting for over ten years, first earning my degree from Centre College and later studying classical drawing and painting in New York City at the Grand Central Academy of Art. Since returning to Kentucky, I have been working from my studio in Mount Sterling and exhibiting my work throughout central Kentucky. I have been teaching private and group classes, focusing on master copies and portrait and still-life drawing. I have tutored privately, helping to build student's portfolios as they apply to college or other art programs (such as the Governor's School for the Arts).
