Effective teaching requires goal-setting and patience on the parts of both the instructor and the student. We are a team! I am simply there to facilitate their education. Most of what I teach is enhanced by my approach to helping the student learn. I seek to ask them to "teach" me by offering questions to them. This has proven very effective once the foundational background is established. My commitment as I approach a teaching opportunity is my belief that students can learn anything for which they both plan and focus when they are encouraged to believe in their ability to succeed. It is both amazing and fulfilling for me to utilize my education and communication skills to assist both children and adults in learning to better understand their subjects in school. I realize that every individual is different and has their own conception of what style of learning works for him or her. I am a very patient, observant, and kind-hearted. It is very easy for me to communicate to people from all walks of life and I can easily identify what teaching strategies work and do not work for each individual.
