I have designed and implemented training for visiting scientists at the USDA, organized and planned annual "Take Our Children to Work Day" events, taught a microbiology session to underserved youth at Alcorn State University, Alcorn Mississippi as part of the USDA's AgDiscovery program.

I also provide time for questions and answers, as well as group discussions and projects. I rely on exams only to show me if the students are understanding the material.
