I love teaching and working with all children. I believe all children can learn, but each in different ways. I started out as a Computer Science major and changed my major to education and became a certified educator and taught for eight years in the private and public sector. Since 2005, I have been working as a bookkeeper for European Design Iron, Inc. In addition to bookkeeping, I built the website from the ground up. A Little Bit About Me...

During my undergraduate work I was a teacher’s assistant (T.A.) for two years. As a T.A. it was my job to run physics for other undergraduates. This included both the calculus based physics and non-calculus based physics. I also worked with an elementary teacher as part of an outreach program to bring science into the class room. Two times a week I would travel to the class room and teach the kids (4th graders) science. Having a BS is physics gives me a great foundation in math.
Having a degree in physics gives me excellent problem solving skills.
